Could you benefit from individual support?

Sometimes we just need the complete loving and present attention of another person to see us, support us and hear us. This process allows you to move through stuck places with more spaciousness and to develop a trusting relationship with your own embodied intuition and deep self-compassion/radical self love.

I love working with people one-on-one.

When I see clients I am overwhelmed with gratitude and joy at least once every session. That is because I am able to be part of and witness the beauty of a person who is showing up, who is making space for themselves and their internal experience and feeling their feelings- even when those feelings are painful.

I am certain that this matters. That each time one of us takes the time to feel our feelings, to allow our inner experience to unfold, to connect with ourselves or another human being or to practice self-compassion, it is a step in the right direction. A step toward becoming a more compassionate world that knows how to be gentle and loving and authentic and take care of ourselves and each other.

One of my favorite places to be is in a session with a client. Because I always leave full of hope and gratitude- for how human beings can be- for our potential to face hard things, listen to our inner wisdom and develop resources within ourselves and our communities.

I can see individuals in person or by phone or online.

Each person is different and there is no standard for how long a person should spend as a client. I continue to benefit from being a client myself. That being said it is a very effective and efficient method that seeks to move you into a place where you do not need to be a life-long client because you have worked through these wounded places and have developed skills to show up to your life with more choices.

I would recommend an initial commitment of weekly sessions for at least 6 weeks.

Each session lasts between 60-90 minutes. For individuals I offer a sliding scale of $85-$100 per session.

If you are committed to the process but cannot pay the standard rate, limited low-cost scholarships are available. Please inquire for further information.

I affirm and work with people of all gender identities, races, ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations.

The more we know ourselves, the more we are able to act responsibly in the present moment. We cannot help the world to our full potential unless we love ourselves.
